Well done Sullivan
I travelled from Washington DC and I bought two tickets off the website for the Spurs game for the lad and I once they were on general sale. We ended up in the top tier in 237, not sat together. We were in England for 2 days, 6 hours.

We're over for Christmas and the Boxing Day game, so I emailed Dave Sullivan and asked him for a new POC since the last on seems not to have survived C-19.

He replied in 30 minutes and got a lady called Nicky Kaye to sort out all my future ticket requirerments.

Credit where credit is due.

Well done Sullivan,

You came into a bad situation, club was mired in debt and heading in the wrong direction again.
You took over, steadied the ship, won the bid for the Olympic stadium and now we are out of debt flying high in all competitions and an extra 20.000 fans get to go see a game live each week.

Yeah there were times when you got it wrong and the West Ham fans let you know about it, so thanks to the faithful! But ultimately you have gotten it right and as a life time supporter I am thankful for where we are and where we are heading.

Happy days!

Yes, but it is to them so that's ok. They will earn off it.

Re: Well done Sullivan
Braindead, they could lend the money at 0% interest but choose not to.

BRANDED 8:42 Tue Nov 2
Re: Well done Sullivan
Why would they do that?

Re: Well done Sullivan
As for the debt, I think the gross debt currently stands at £120 million which is I think £20 million more than when they took over.

Re: Well done Sullivan
They could do it like so many other owners do it, to financially support the club.

They wont do it because they are just interested in asset stripping.

Re: Well done Sullivan
Putting aside our couple of cunts who's the first owner of a club that fans have despised for years that comes into your head?

Yep, Mike Ashley, and guess how much interest he charges on the clubs debt? Nothing.

I think that speaks volumes.

Ignore Branded he's the site idiot and obviously couldn't run a bath never mind a business, especially if he thinks Directors loans are a way of making even more money for a Director whose business is having financial issues

I read NUTSIN's post with a heavy dose of sarcasm

Re: Well done Sullivan
They charge 4.25% on £45 million of debt. As far as I can see.
Seems like a good deal to them but thats one way a cash rich capitalist can generate earnings. If the money was capitalised they wouldn't be able to pay themselves back until the club is sold, obvs. By lending to the club themselves they avoid problems with other creditors.

This is all in the nature of capitalism.
